Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Here is exactly what happens when you cancel or move a detailing appointment booked through Glossr.
Free cancellation window
Cancel or reschedule at no cost any time up to 24 hours before your start time. Deposits are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Inside 24 hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours out are non-refundable, since bookings are paid in full at the time of booking. Detailers block a half or full day for each job, so late changes cost them real revenue.
No-shows
If nobody is available at the service address within 20 minutes of the arrival window, the appointment is marked a no-show and charged at 50% of the quoted total.
Weather and detailer cancellations
Mobile jobs cancelled for storms, freezing temperatures, or detailer illness are always refunded in full, and we help you rebook with a nearby detailer at the same quoted price.
How to cancel
Reply to your booking confirmation email or contact your detailer directly from the storefront page. Cancellations are timestamped the moment they are submitted.
